The mission of h2u is to understand the needs of the adult population and provide them with valuable health information, resources and experiences.

With health programs, publications and interactive web tools, h2u empowers members to manage their health and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. 

Throughout the year, Plaza Medical Center will provide fitness, social, educational and wellness activities for h2u members to enjoy.
